Industrial Composite & Hybrid Manufacturing

Large-scale hybrid robotic manufacturing capabilities integrate polymer-based additive and subtractive processes on advanced platforms such as the YASKAWA GP50. The workflow is powered by a ROS-based toolchain that enables seamless communication, real-time control, and adaptive process coordination across robotic systems. This is supported by sophisticated toolpath optimization, multi-axis motion planning, and process simulation using CAD, CAM, and finite-element analysis tools. High-precision non-contact 3D metrology further enhances the workflow by ensuring dimensional accuracy, validating complex geometries, and maintaining consistent quality throughout production.
