Industrial Scale Metal Hybrid Manufacturing

The facility features a 14-DOF robotic large-scale heavy-duty additive–subtractive manufacturing system designed for high-performance industrial fabrication. This includes an advanced FANUC robotic platform dedicated to large-scale metal additive manufacturing and a YASKAWA GP180 robotic arm for precision post-processing operations. Complementing these systems are vertical milling units and a 2-ton, 6-axis tilt-rotate table that provides exceptional part accessibility and complex orientation capabilities. All equipment operates within a PLC-integrated control architecture that enables seamless coordination, synchronized workflows, and real-time process monitoring across the entire manufacturing environment.
