Research Summary

Lean Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Automation

My research focuses on integrating lean manufacturing principles with Industry 4.0 technologies to develop hybrid manufacturing systems that enhance efficiency, flexibility, and quality. Traditional lean tools—such as value stream mapping, waste reduction, and continuous improvement—are combined with digital technologies, including cyber-physical systems, real-time data analytics, and artificial intelligence, to create smart and adaptive production environments. The integration of intelligent automation with lean methodologies will improve resource utilization resulting in sustainable and cost-effective manufacturing.
