This research explores developing a precise indoor localization system for asset tracking using LoRaWAN technology and machine learning techniques, particularly fingerprinting through RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator) values collected from multiple LoRa gateways. Experimental data from various locations was collected, organized, and analyzed to train a Random Forest regression model capable of predicting asset positions based on RSSI signals. The system integrates real-time data processing through structured Python code, local SQLite databases for data storage, and visualization modules, demonstrating a robust, scalable approach to accurately track and predict the coordinates of multiple moving tags in complex indoor environments.
