My research focuses on advancing metal additive manufacturing by integrating spectroscopy techniques for real-time process monitoring and material assessment. The approach aims to enhance the quality of printed components during manufacturing, while minimizing the need for additional post-processing steps. To improve real-time monitoring and quality control, signal processing methods along with advanced algorithms are applied to correlate spectroscopic data with process parameters and accurately determine material composition analysis, ultimately leading to the production of superior metal components with enhanced reliability and performance.
